WFH without exception

Hello. So i actually wanted to know what are the consequences if I take work from home without raising an exception and without informing my supervisor for more than a month. Except for variable pay being cut, are there any other consequences? Since I am C1Y, i am not getting that good pay so if my variable is also cut I am still saving by not paying rent and other expenses. Can I please know what could be the consequences?

Same thing I am also doing but not for month for few days in a month. Don't know any other action will they take or only variable pay will affect.

Few days in month is okay I guess as long as your RTO index is 85% or above

Same for me i didnt go to office entire month and previous 3 months i visited only 3-4 days. They are cutting qva and just mails that you are not compliant. I am not sure about actions because till now i am not facing any action, i will continue to wfh without telling my supervisor because they dont care

@ForsakenRoof - I dont want to scare you off but i have heard some elevator gossip. One manager admitted that he had to let go 4-5 of his reportees just because they were not willing to return to office. It wasn’t entirely his decision but the pressure came from upper management and HR team. Obviously first of all they will stop paying you QVA. After this things might take an ugly turn.
