Trending @Cognizant; WFH while on Notice period

I am on notice period so do I need to go to the office for 3 days as I was supposed to previously. Will it affect my relieving process? Also do I need to submit any medical proof for sick leave? I am in cognizant.

You might need to go to office if it's part of your notice terms, check with your manager. Medical proof for sick leave is usually required, better to have it ready.
