WFH / WFO Exception
Is TCS planning to go to hybrid model at the end of 2025? Except TCS, all companies have to go to office 2-3days per week.
Don't be in hope and don't get yourself fooled for any WFH options and relaxation in tcs.. This is not happening here... office premises are getting expanded to accommodate future growth and those who are not complaint of WFO are getting beating in terms of bad appraisal, certain D bands, Promotion delayed.. Not to mention QVA cut

Bro it's won't be happening soon in that time as you how things are going under leadership of krituvasan clearly after seeing the posts in grapevine which many of them issues the members of this group are currently facing with..just prepare well and switch to somewhere else for better pay,work life balance,rewarded accordingly with ur performance in that company..
