WFH TCS Urgent
I have been severely suffering from Psychological disorder. And I am on bench. I have submitted allll the medical documents. They are saying that if on bench, you can't get wfh and they are not giving project as well. They are asking me to come to office everyday which is extremely toughhhh in my case.
Every passing minute is tough for me. They are asking me to apply for leaves. If all the leaves get exhausted, salary will be deducted. But we are working for salary. Right!!
Anyone please suggest me what to do. Severely severely suffering because of all these.
What can be done
You are totally fine my friend Accept any project upgrade your skills spend time in work and make your team as your family trust me you will never need any therapy .

Take 1 month LWP , get treated and then join back . Health is more important than anything else because I know how it feels get therapy you will be stronger than ever . Do not ignore these issues
But it is not like a small issue to get rid of . I have been facing this for 5 years.
Without bench they are not ready to give wfh.
Calm down bro.... You will be fine. Work is just a part of life. Dont take too much stress.
Talk to your supervisor/manager. You can raise a short time WFH exception in GESS. It requires only one level approval and goes directly to your manager to approve. No HR approval required.
You can talk to your manager beforehand and raise it.

If you have earned leaves apply for some days and if it exceeds 20 days apply LERF. No proper project, get any project and go. If you don't want that project then either drop paper or make other decision. Wfh in tcs is based on hrs and project managers.
Many other companies are providing wfh normally. TCS forces for office even if you are unable to walk. Don't pressure yourself here. Nothing is worth
May I know what are all the other companies who are providing wfh? I had searched but every company has switched to either wfo or hybrid mode.
I think even if u dint go to office only variable pay will get affected and I think thats not a big deal right? Dont go to office and take rest until and unless rmg notices you I have seen so many people not going to office for reporting

Is it possible to get permanent work from home Job at reputed big companies I searched on Naukri.com but no job security they are small companies, Getting worried what will happen if I leave TCS, Will I regret? everything is there but no WFH, I am ready to upskill myself but not sure which companies are hiring for Permanent WFH. any suggestions please.
