In thedot social group (named "connect with Wipro") there is an anonymous survey on WFH. Suggest everyone to give lowest ratings for this as applicable. No point cribbing about WFO here as no one from Sr mgmt is on grapewine.

I filled the survey and I got it in my Wipro mail.

Yes, I also got it through mail also later, even though I had already filled it via the link before. So I guess this proves that it is really anonymous, otherwise it would know I had already filled it.
