
Wfh since last 4 quarter , got a call from HR
Hi Everyone, I was not going to the office since last 4 quarters and I have been not been getting my qva which was okay to me . I was compromising that amount to do wfh . Its not that I am on bench. I am working in a billable project as a billable resource.
Everything was going smoothly. nobody was asking anything about my wfo complice . Suddenly my manager escalated to my supervisor that my billability is going low and I am not working proactively. because he had grudges on me .
Now I got a call and mail from HR that . Please give me justification why you were not coming to the office and give me wfo exception mail along with your supervisor's approval . Though I discussed with my supervisor previously but that was a verbal discussion .
What to do now.. Hr is asking for the screenshot of mail and approval for last 4 quarter .

Fake medical certificate bana ke HR ke gaand me daal do... Simple...

It's not school that one page of medical certificate will do ...
Tcs ask for all medical documents prescription various reports and send for verification as well .
You can get medical certificate for school in backdate but can't create entire history of medical treatment with ease

Actually I have got one offer letter , planning to put my paper on Monday .. will they create any problem during notice period? thats my only concern

Maine supervisor se ek baar mail pe approval liya hai or uske baad mai only exception raise kr rha hu and it's approved by my manager as well, to mujhe koi issue ho sakta hai kya.

How hr is not coming in picture? With what reason are you raising exception and for how many days. Usually first hr approves the exception and then supervisor

Hr is not in picture, because I am raising an exception in infrastructure issues category, so only manager approval is required no approval required from HR.

Yor manager and supervisor will back off now. You'll probably have to resume office. Even if your manager is by your side HR will ask you for approved WFO exception. You can tell them any vague reason of illness etc to explain your WFH and resume working from office. Or else if your manager is OK with ur WFH then ask him to approve WFO exeption request.
