You can get an office chair delivered at your home. But the catch is that if you leave within 3 years of ordering the chair then you have to pay some amount to the company. Other than that you can claim internet expense (upto Rs 500/-), provided the bill is in the employees name

just to add, the internet invoice must be from GST registered vendor, otherwise they will get rejected.
