Trending @Capgemini; WFH Request – Health & Personal Reason (Opinion Needed)

Hi everyone,

I wanted to get some opinions. I belong to the Noida location (FS Domain - Data Engineer) and my current project is ending in December, with no visibility on the next project yet. This is my first time staying in Delhi, and due to the high pollution, I’ve been facing breathing discomfort. I’m considering requesting WFH from January to 10th February. I also have my engagement planned in early February.

Do you think this would be reasonable, and is WFH usually allowed in such cases? Would appreciate your thoughts.
