there is option , go to dot and search as my request where for disabilities and very necessery situations you can raise work from home request with hr directly by uploading the docs , in that case you can get more work from home time if that approved

I guess most you can get is for 8 weeks. Maybe you can talk to ur manager/ HR for the same.

We have a team mate, who got his spine fractured. But after two months he is asked to come to office at least 3 days. I will confirm once from him, if he is still going to office.
