Hi All,
My base location is Navi Mumbai, and I joined 3 months ago. Management has been satisfied with my performance.
Due to a family medical situation (my mother is unwell), I am requesting Work From Home. I will ensure no impact on delivery or availability and will fully comply with the BTO policy (12 days). If required, I am also open to working from the Noida office.
Whenever is require i can come to office if any client visit or townhall.
What all medical docs require ?
Please let me know if this is possible or if any formal process is required.
Hello , firstly ,U can check with your manager if u can work from Noida office.If he agreed u can login.I know many people are doing this in CG ..
2nd option is u can apply BTO exception ( As u r having medical issue in Family) request,This needs approval of your manager and BU Head .U need to check the success factor to apply this ..
