I am onboarded on OCT 17 and I have wfh reimbursement eligibility and I missed the deadline to claim the reimbursement so can anyone suggest when I am eligible to re-claim it?

You can claim only for the current month. Previous months bills are not accepted.

No you won't be able to do it next cycle it will be closed for you.
