WFH Query

Hi all,

I've been working from home for the past few months due to a serious health issue. Recently, I received an email from my team lead and HR instructing me to "plan to report to the office." However, I am still not fully recovered, and they are not willing to extend my work-from-home period. Could you please advise what consequences I might face if I continue working from home? I’m okay with a potential QVA cut, but could other deductions, such as from my salary ?

Thank you for your time

Nothing will happen more than the QVA and City Allowance cut. Just take a medical report written from the doctor mentioning that you are not fully recovered yet need more WFH.

If it does not work then raise grievance from ITEES LABOUR LAW. Or Call 7003106941, 9830090202 or email to aiiteukolkata@gmail.com for any further information. https://www.aiiteu.org/join-us/#

Medical document will do. Just attach that and they will be fine.

If you are not fully recovered, just get it confirmed with facts by a doctor. Share this to TCS and request for WFH extension.
