WFH possibility check for taking care of my specially abled kid

Is it possible to get WFH for longer duration or permanent to take care of my specially abled kid who needs daily medical care?

Yes, they allow if u have medical documents.just need to discuss with ur manager first who will stand with u at this situation. Otherwise HR will not be easily convinced.
