WFH policy or WFO policy which one is best in your opinion? What is benifit you will achieve if you are doing in WFH please comment it..

The main benefit of having WFH is - free will.
No one is forcing you to come to the office.

In case of WFO, there are specific set of days or minimum no of days where you have to come to office. If you don't come, a disciplinary action can be taken or ratings can be impacted. So you don't have any free will.

But in case of WFH, if you want you can do WFH or in most of the MNC's you can even go to the office whenever you feel like going to office because you feel you have important client meeting or important call for which you need better focus which you can get in office.
Purely your wish.

It's such an advantage to follow or do what you want.

Remaining benefits of WFH everyone knows :

1. No traffic
2. More time with family
3. No fuel or ticket cost.
4. If complete Remote job, you can stay in hometown and save full rent so more saving.
5. Have more time to pursue a hobby.
6. Don't have to worry about rain/heat while travelling to office. Doesn't matter how is the weather outside.
7. You save money during public holidays or long weekends in terms of flight/train tickets as you don't have to travel with crowd back to your home as you are mostly already in your hometown. Save hassles and money.
