As most of the people are not taking 3 days office rule seriously yet so, will there be any action or it’s ok for now?
They are tracking and asking for justification for not coming to office. I faced the same issue by HR team
If we just save work location as wipro officr and don't go to the office actually. Will that work ? As I'm working at a co-working space so attendance is not captured at my location?
Recently Dell announced no promotion for ppl who are not coming to office. Don't be surprised if wipro announces no vpay in this year for ppl not coming to office !! They have all statistics and they will use it as per convenience
I know for sure HR is tracking and managers are getting reports, but nothing is being done as of now. But seeing how Wipro uses excuses not to give increment and/or good rating Iam pretty sure they will use this then!!
If you are really not able to come to office get permission for WFH with your HR and manager
