
WFH Option with One year Kid
I have one year old baby, Recently my project got over I am trying for other projects with WFH option, If I am ready to leave my variable will HR agree to Work from Home option in this current scenario in TCS. Or else they will add me in to every month fluidity list please comment your thoughts on this.

Take exemption, being rto non compliant doesn't just mean loss of variable pay, it also means non adherence to compliance and policies. Which can lead to disciplinary action including termination. Discuss the same with your manager, mostly they(PMO/HR) will approve it if you convince them regarding your availability.

Coming to situation at office being brutally honest. They really dont care about anything they have a target to remove X number of people and they would do anything to remove that X number of people.
They will not take anything into consideration. It is no longer VP but they take it as non compliance to policy and puts you at a greater risk of getting into Fluidity list or worse case termination especially now that you have mentioned your project is ending. The risk is higher for people who are not Project Critical Resources. So be very careful.
Connect with your manager and get exception approved that is the best way to go about this. Otherwise, I dont see another option tbh.

My kid is just going to turn 2 year in next 2 months. I literally tried every way tried convincing manager/HR, Most of them dont care how worse your situation is , they say put some nanny or something and go to work. And its completely based on your project. Coming to the current situation in TCS getting allocated in a project itself is a biggest luck and if you include such criteria they are huge chances they will reject your profile. So you should plan something. May I know your grade and YOE?

My grade is C2

Better try to get exception. Say you don't have anyone to take care of baby. They give exception on case by case basis.
