I recently got divorced and I am single mother ,will hcl allow WFH as there is no one available to look after my kid and he is just 2 years old.i can't afford babysitter. Can someone please advise.i have received order copy just now.

I think they will give you WFH, anway in HCL WFH depends on projects

Already availed WFH benefit policy after child birth and going to request extension to HR , not sure whether HR will allow the extension

Yes, HCL will allow and I believe care taker allowances also apart of it. Connect with your RM and explain the situation
