WFH is allowed?

I'm still doing WFH though I don't get variable pay but it's ok. If I continue WFH anything will happen? in this appraisal I got B band.

Are you raising WFO exception?

Yes manager asking for WFO but still not going. I not even raised any WFO exception😐

Why you taking risk then ask your manager if he allows raise WFO exception so that there will be no issue

Lol. The kind of questions being raise by people here...🤣🤣🤣🤣 Not going to office....Manager is asking but still not going because feeling demotivated. Will anything happen???🤣🤣🤣🤣 And after all this i want a fresh start in TCS🤣🤣🤣🤣 Hope you are Ratan Tatas relative.. I am sure CEO will consider your life decisions....🤣🤣 Get yourself together buddy...you are loosing it If you think you had 100% WFO and still dint get promoted, thats how it is...move on!!! Search outside!!!
