Is there any chance to get full work from hone in rainy days? Due to severe rain in Pune and travel issues, it’s very difficult to reach to the office these days. How can we convince our manager and HR??

Your life and health is more important....to hell with manager and HR. Worst case just apply sick leave. I would happily take leave and stay at home.

Just send them one way communication that you r doing wfh on specific day due to heavy rain
