WFH in lieu of low salary
Can employers give me WFH if I ask them no hike or low salary in lieu of WFH.
Is that a good strategy will this work?
I hate working from office mainly I hate talking to people uselessly
Unless it’s a very small company or startup, the WFH policy is decided by the top management at the corporate level to be uniform for the entire organization.
So the low level employees of HR & management who are involved in your recruitment, have generally no authority to negotiate the WFH policy with individual employees.
You’re better off just trying for a different company with better WFH policies

Hi, I’m a Software Developer with 2 years of experience, currently working at a startup. I’m looking for a job switch to a good organization. If anyone can refer me or help with opportunities, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
I remember doing this very early in my career, small agency, they didn't give me a raise, so I told them I'd work from home because my travel costs were almost 1/4 my salary. They agreed to a hybrid setup, but then lucky for me Covid hit and we went fully remote lol.
