Wfh in capgemini?

They can control your hike percentage based on any reason for non compliance. They would give you warnings if you don't comply. When its time of appraisal they'll use to reduce hike percentages which are already low.

They have hybrid wfh policy of 3 days working from office every week. If not complied it will affect yearly appraisal and hike

Go once in month atleast don't let it hit zero days otherwise hr will send mail
