In HR policies, there is a Benefit to the father, as per Flexible work arrangement policy, associates who are caregivers ( Father ) post birth of a child could avail Work From Home.

But now they are declining it giving the reason that it can be approved only if you are primary care taker, you have to submit the medical documents of your wife.

You can use this benefit for 6 Months. Policy states that(Father's) one can avail WFH option for a max of 6 months until the child reaches the age of 1
