Trending @Accenture; Wfh flexibility

Hi, there are projects available which are still not forcing employee to come office. My sister and myself both works in Accenture. My project forces us to come atleast 3 days in a week and it's been more than a year I am coming to office but pretext with my sister is totally different. None forcing her to come office. Project condition is worse in Accenture right now and getting our favorable project is matter of luck.
