WFH extension
Hi all , I had asked for WFH due to my mother illness and wife’s pregnancy they had allowed WFH till Dec 2024 but now got a mail from management saying that after Dec you need to report WFO . I consulted with doctor and she advised my wife to take bed rest and avoid travelling. I am thinking about taking transfer to my city. My office is in Mumbai and my hometown is in Delhi. Please advise me what should I do .
Just do if possible swipe from Delhi location. Nothing will happen out of 6 lakhs people no one going to do anything not a issue

BTW to thread opener if your project has a odc in Delhi take the transfer if not ask for release and transfer
Better quit tcs. Management is very rude. Dont have a heart or brain.
I m not sure whats logic of forcing for wfo when wfh proven to be good concept with profit rising.
Unnecessary travel 2-2 hours is hectic. Waste of time.

How many months of wfh did you get and what reason you mentioned?
If u get transfer, then by default you will get WFO exception as there is no project ODC
