WFH exception related query.
I met with an accident and got a hairline fracture on my Left Ankle. Son unable to walk properly. I got the doctor’s recommendation as well saying I need 4 weeks of bed rest and not to travel until further advice.
I sent an email to my manager for the same with prescription and doctors report. Are they gonna approve the 4 weeks wfh exception?

They will. TCS ain’t that bad. If documents are in order, they won’t force an employee to office if he can’t even move properly and will risk further damage if not at rest.

Yes mail to HR CC Manager with request for 1 month is approved, attach the hospital documents. Once approved can able to apply in Ultimatix
