WFH Exception| PIP
Is tcs sending PIP mail to ones who have WFH exception approved?
pip mails are not sent to those with wfh exception in tcs. if you have approval, you're safe. focus on your work and maintain good relations with your manager. don't worry about hr.
@SneakyShot9 thank you for your suggestion but I have one close aide working in HR and she has informed me to start reporting to the office even if you have WFH Exception approval. She said they have been directed from leadership to start releasing employees if someone is not reporting to the office. I'm confused if I should start reporting to the office as per her words or should I stick to WFH as I already have WFH approval in ultimatix .
What kind of reasons are acceptable for exception? We have odc.

Actually its depend on project manager mood... High stupidly ans HRs are project manager puppet's
Better check with ur reporting manager and BU or Project HR.
