Try to save your leave and collect compoff apply when you want .5 leave total 5 leave will be deducted and you will get 15+30+15 days WFH i have done manay time 😃😃

Why do you need few months for marriage preparation !! Be ready to answer that question. In today’s times that seems a lot. You may get 2-3 weeks leave plus say another 2-3 wfh. That should be the best
