WFH Exception ?

What will impact on me? My base location is gurgaon and my odc location is noida. Right now I raised WFH Exception and already approved with my manager. Next month I will start going to the office at my base location. What will show me in 2 office (like in out time)or need to go for my odc? While my manager told me to start the office for gurgaon for at least 2-3 days. Please suggest me. May be your suggestion will be helpful for me.
