Not going, won't go back. Was forced to shift to tier 2 city and come to office since last 2 years even when others were sleeping at home, even when there were no hikes and promotions. So any policy change Accenture wants to make anymore, HR themselves can follow.
Honestly, really tired and frustrated with this company now. Its absolute garbage.
Not sure if other companies are any better though with calls for 90 hour work weeks and "how long can you stare at your wife?". The government is sleeping as well.

This ss is circulating on WhatsApp since 2 months. If they had to implement from 15th Jan, we would have already got en email by now
Atleast one Day a week is still manageable. It’s good to meet a few ppl from the team and others around just know each other and a bit of networking.. If the team and manager is toxic then better to switch to a better place where u feel more welcome.
My own team is toxic but I still feel that networking and meeting others help to some extent in the long run. WFH has its own advantages but also has a few negatives as well that are mainly related to health and mental well being. This is coming from someone who is doing wfh since past 6 years. A hybrid model is something that was long due and is now going to be the new norm.
Atleast they should free breakfast lunch dinner like other companies if they are expecting us at office with low salary 😕
It’s either a week a month or 2-3days a week for the whole month, hybrid mode for us.
Got an official email to work once a week from the base location...
