Can I get wfh during pregnancy? My manager has taken all my doctor certificates but still not granting it.
Is she/he a human or what...how can somebody be so disrespectful and inhuman through their shit acts?? I wish such people suffer more than they make others suffer...and it's a genuine wish..how much month you are pregnant and from which unit
Do you have medical complication because of pregnancy where doctor had advised no travel at all. If so you can send that directly to HR and they will send to Infosys doctors to get an exception approval. If it’s normal pregnancy without any medical complications manager/HR are not bound to give you any exceptions. Pre COVID people used to work till their 8th month and then go on ML.
Name and shame such morons so that others can be aware.
