WFH during notice period

Hi, is it mandatory to go to the office while you're on NP? Will the hr extend the NP if we don't report to the office?

Myself and my team member were in notice period.. we too got an email from hr stating np will be extended.. they took report from may 1st to 15th- not even single day reported to office

Last Friday was my LWD. I returned everything.. For my team, LWD is on coming Thursday.. No update after that

HR will not extend NP if you don't report to office. Only your qva will be affected and nothing else.
