WFH consequences
Is there anyone here who are doing wfh from many years till now .. and I hat are the consequences they faced.. I am trying to understand what is the worst that could happen

Depends upon the project. I have been doing WFH ever since I joined TCS (3.5 years). Been in a good project which ended 2 months back. Got to learn a lot, no issues with appraisal and no salary deduction.
You just have to choose a project where you can get WFO exception approved.

Job may not be lost till this year end. But during recission that will be the first reason they may say if any. No QVA No A rating. Thats all.
