If you have enough space and think more screen real estate will be useful, then you can get 2 of these LG 24QP550 QHD monitors total for less than 30k. . They also have a 24QP750 variant for an extra 5k that is identical but also supports USB Type-C (with power delivery so that you don't have to connect laptop charger separately) and DisplayPort connectivity along with Daisy Chaining. . Mind you Daisy Chaining is not supported on Macs (at least not on M1 chipset ones)

Dell UltraSharp U2719D, LG 27UL500, and BenQ GW2780 are good options under 30k. They have features to reduce eye strain.

Go for the Samsung odyssey. Have curved design, blue light filter, Flickr free and has lots of adjustable features. Well enough for hours of working.
