WFH citing medical reasons?

I am thinking of applying for WFH due to medical reasons. What all procedures do I have to follow. And will it be hard to get WFH with medical reasons also Anything you know about this?

You need to send supporting docs in a mail to your HR and supervisor then they will be reviewed by TCS HR , once you are good with the approvals part . You should raise an exception in ultimatix and attach all these approvals , medical docs for a specific period. Then they will accept it
