
WFH childcare new born
Hi After checking with the HR WFH policy under child care new born in the policy it is upto 6 months WFH, but my manager is saying only 1 month they can give What to do I got only 1 month of WFH request I want to extend it further , my manager said her manager is not accepting. In this situation how do i convince please advise Thanks in advance ...

Mail to your manager that 6months is allowed and keep hr in cc. In case manager declines, let him know it's tcs policy and if he has issues then he can check with hr.

Both HR and manager are on the same side when it's time to torture hard working associates. So better to cc their managers as well giving the reference of the hr policy along with necessary docs.

6 month is allowed to WFH after u come back from ur maternity leave. Please check the policy. In my case they didn't say this itself.. after completing 1 year I came to about this policy.

If you are not so dependent on this job and you can deal with mental chaos then start fighting for 6 month with managers and HR.

Email your HR and cc his/her manager and mention them to provide any reasons for not accepting 6 month as it is clearly mentioned in HR policy to avail minimum of 6 month until a child become 1 yr old. Nowadays these a$$hole HRs who don't have any talent think that they're godfathers.But it is everyone responsibility to atleast fight against your rights atleast by keeping their manager as well in cc.
