WFH calculation
It's on quarterly basis, so that quarterly variable pay can be decided on basis of it.
For example: 85% & above RTO attendance gets 100% variable pay. So minimum requirement is get full pay is 85%. 22 working day in a month 22*3=66 working days quarterly.
85% of 66 days is 9.9 days
So enjoy WFH for 9 days quarterly and still get 100% variable pay.

85% of compliance. 45hrs a week is getting monitored. (7hrs 39mins per day!). If you can go through the policy again, you will get to know that you cannot do even a single day WFH.
