HI all , can anyone confirm, monthly variable pay we get around 4500 and monthly if we go office then house rent, electric bill, food ,groceries etc cost around 16 to 17 k per month.. then what's the neeed to go to office rather prefer WFH. and if we don't go office and they deduct our variable pay still we didn't go to office so what action further they can take? Can they terminate or any other action.. please 🙏 inform me about this asap
