For the month of June I have 264 hours WFH balance. Since June has 21 working days, total working hours will come up to 194.25 hours only considering i apply 9.25 hours daily. Any idea if we can work from home for full month? Or 10 days office policy is still in place and after working 11 days from home system won't allow me to apply WFH anymore?
Still for some people it is an hourly base , so you can do work from home until it is converted into day wise
No if you have hours balance then you can work full month from home
Some units have wfh balance in hours but still their manager and hr checking from backend if he/she doing 9-10 wfo or not. If your unit doesn't have any mandatory hybrid policy then you can do a full month wfh, otherwise later you can face problems. Better ask your manager if he/she agreed then enjoy your full month wfh.
