WFH at TCS

My team members are in remote and we don't have dedicated ODC in my place. So I am doing WFH without telling my managers and they don't bother about it also. So mu concern is if I continue doing WFH what are the consequences I may face from HR perspective. Will it affect my rating saying that your WFO index is low? Please enlighten/suggest what should I do?

Yes.. you can work.. but get approval on mail both hr and admin team.. just in case they wake up.. don't worry much.. they are sleeping hut they will deduct salary.. this TCS CEO is bad he is doing advancement of South Indians.. it is becoming a racist company

Actually I also have the same scenarios, but if there is no wfh exception is raised and approved by hr and manager you shouldn’t do wfh because they will deduct variable based on your attendance to office if it is less than 90-95% or so they will deduct variable pay, you should raise it from ultimatex and aks your manager to approve. You should raise this request monthly in order to do wfh

But there is not time tracking for wfo you can go mark attendance by punch in and sit for an hour or so and leave

As per my knowledge, no individual exceptions aren't approved now a days. HR needs to raise a group exception for each quarter.

You should raise exception every month. And get it approved by you Manager and HR. Else unnecessarily you will see some deductions. Pehle hi ye log QVA bahot deduct Kar Rahe hain inspite of having 100% WFO index.
