Till now as long as you are maintaining 85% for quarter, they are not creating any issue Just sending a warning mail of you fall short in some month So now if you get for continuous for next 2 months means your quarter has gone below 85 and they may create issues

Reason to reduce incentive, reduce band, etc take any action cause they can highlight you have been warned and you did not adhere to it.
