WFH 9 hrs email
Working in a rotating shift and maintaining almost 3 hrs office on a daily basis still HR email is received. Asking for 9 hrs in the office. There is no exception concept. Kindly suggest what can be done. NeYed to understand how wfo is getting driven.

If they want us to follow the 9 hrs policy. Then be ready to follow the same. After 9 hrs if u get any work reject it. If working in night shift get all the allowances as per policy (cab, pay, ...), Weekend comp-offs so on. Then let supervisor give few days wfh or do let them also follow these kind of policy
