WFH
Hey everyone, I am suffering from Facial paralysis ( Bell's palsy). I need wfh so that I can manage my health and work both. I asked my manager about this, and he said " your documents have been forwarded to TCS doctors according to their feedback will let you know" then he said co-ordinate with HR. Now I mailed HR for the same but I don't get any response and it's already been a week. What should I do now ?
Mail HR Everyday for a week in the same mail chain and even then if he/she does not reply then Loop in their supervisor and above.... One should not undergo Mental harrasment of waiting for a single Email that could have taken 2 minutes to type ..😏😏😏
Bell's palsy cases have increased after taking COVID vaccination. I know a couple of healthy people who suffered this few years after the vaccination. Maybe there is a correlation I don't know. Just thinking out loud.
Follow up on the mail and cc manager into it as well. Until then raise to office exception in GESS and you can do work from home till it gets approved. In the mean time keep following them on the mails with proper documents attached to it.
