What is the penalty if you dont go to office 3 days a week?
I am on my notice and my manager doesn’t care
I talked to HR, she said that it will be considered a leave if 3 days not punched in office from Oct 1.
dont know if thats a trick to get me to office
If they consider leave.. zero out billing hours in client timesheet for submission for those 3 days, then they will realize this is not a good idea
I think not as of now. From Jan 2025 they will implement penalty and from Apr 25 , all 5 days work week from office and my time app will be decommissioned
I think leaves would get deducted but not sure from when

They will come with a strategy to make us come to the office
so it’s not 3 days for all depends upon bands
