I recently submitted a work-from-home exception request in Ultimatix and received a successful submission message. However, the request isn’t showing up in my worklist, and my manager also can’t see it on their end. It’s as if the request wasn’t recorded, despite the confirmation message.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue? If so, any advice on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated

It happened same with me, just try again. And if still there are some issue please raise a ticket

Sounds like a glitch in the system. Try resubmitting or check with IT support, they might have a quick fix for this.
