Still anybody doing work from home

I’m still doing WFH. I don’t care about the shit policies they bring on to table. I’m delivering my work and that’s all I care about and so does my manager. If they ask me resign, I’m more than happy to do so. As an employee, we must take the power of control, not the company.

Exactly Good Approach

Bro can you tell me how can I ask for WFH.. my manager not even letting me to do WFH when i am suffering from fever she told me 1 week WFH I can give but not more than that it will affect your training and everyone must be in office during training.. but i live far away from office location 800km away and it will not be possible to come back within a week .. and more over mine roommate shift is in morning and mine shift is in evening 5 to 2;30 am and it will be changing after training to 6:30 to 4 am ... HR manager didn't communicate properly during interview about timings and now they are making excuses.. I told her that I am not comfortable with night shifts and still she told it's a Rotational shift and now it's not not rotational it's only evening or night shift ..
So tell me how can I ask for permanent work from home

Depends on the project you are into and the requirements. In the corporate, you have to be flexible, that is the rules these guys follow. They don't want you to know anything about the policies, there only want is work. I would suggest if you are finally strong, then take room in pg for yourself only. Don't stay away from office as now a days very less projects are allowing wfh. If the training is getting affected some how, then don't worry about it. Now adays all technologies are available on YouTube for free. None of training provide handson properly, so it's fine you can get to learn once you get into the project. Once you get the offer from anywhere else then you can just resign

I'm already doing wfo from 5 months but every day I'm seeing headcount getting less in office and moreover my team mates itself not coming. One month all came but then all stopped. And I'm in support project from 2.7yrs in night shift .

You can clearly mention the same to your manager. If he still asks and you think can't do anything about. Try changing the project and seek a team where people are coming to the office. This happens with juniors all the time. The senior level employees just somehow convince the managers about their reason to wfo. If you are fine doing that then no issues or else seek for change.

My manager mentioned that HR is monitoring the situation that whoever is not coming to the office. Is that true anyone knows about it?
