I need to go to home for family emergency and submitting my maternal grandfather hospital report, like it's my friend's grandfather. Will Hr approve it , will they verify it somewhere or what ?
Yes, just mail your HR and CC your people lead and manager. Raise a request on the exception portal and in the genuine case with supporting documents, they approve.
Yes , my people lead already approved the exception now it has gone to hr . Till now noone has asked , but I'll my medical documents ready. My only concern is do they verify the documents I submit?

On June I also asked of WFH for 2 months bcuz my father got hospitalized, I told my manager on same day and went for my home town. Later my senior manager and HR asked for submitting documents, I submitted what I have and also raised exception but HR didn't approved it. I came to know after 2 month I reached to my base location when my project HR told me. I said I have raised exception but I saw it got auto-rejected after 15 days. I asked my HR ,she said documents were not enough for raising exception 🤷. But I have mail and chats so I proved it was not totally my fault as she haven't said anything at that time, now she is saying. So what I am suggesting have everything on mail or ss.
Yes , i have heard this thing that even tough you submit everything, HR won't approve. So yeah , I'll put everything on mail , let's see
