Were you able to get some waiver in joining bonus clause during the early exit?

Hi guys, I have a joining bonus which will be deducting in FnF because I am leaving a little early, that's why I need suggestions regarding the waiver or exceptions. Please suggest how can I get some exceptions, also I have talked to HR but she is denying it, is there any way to convince them?
