Hello - I understand the work culture primarily depends on which team you are part of. But still if you were to compare and join any one of these, which one would you join? P.s. Salary is not the concern. Kindly guide.

Wells Fargo : Ancient tech stack, low pressure , good WLB, decent perks JPMC : Good tech stack, high pressure, poor WLB - normal to work on weekends, good perks and better brand value.
A lot of people move from JP to WF when they have a major life event such as having a kid or building a house. Once settled, a few move back.

Thank you very much for the reply. I am not from IT profile. I am into control testing, so not sure how is environment in the controls team at jpmc. Anyone here have any experience, pls do share.
