If you do not need medicines very regularly, you can simply buy various equipments for home based on family history like Blood pressure monitor, nebulizer for cough/ asthma, glucose monitor, back pain support belt (helps us corporate slaves too) etc so that in case of emergency in future you are better equipped.

I’m talking about optional parents coverage provided by Accenture that we can opt in April . You have an option to use BY points to cover the premium.
