The OPD coverage under the benefityou is an interesting scheme. They bait you to buy the package by promising the OTC products but once you have bought it, you do not get to avail the benefits. It all started with Medibuddy back in 2023 tweaking their policy once many accenture employees bought their package using benefityou point. Wellness corner did it at the end of last year. Medibhai has always been a fraud and unfortunately mfine is no different. I do not think Accenture is aware of this practice of these vendors to on board employees through pscksges and then not give benefit.

There are very few things that you can order.

I tried mfine this time. Thinking it's better than wellness corner.. but mfine is even worse. U can only order medicine. No shampoo, no cream or face wash.
